Job summary

Workiva, Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support and advisory services for prospective and current clients.

You will map customer outcomes to Workiva platform capabilities, iterate on solutions, and guide technical validation and value-based demonstrations. You will engage with executives at large enterprises, demonstrate cross-domain expertise across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Client

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
• Experience engaging with and presenting to executives at large enterprise customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers and drive discovery.
• Lead product demonstrations across financial reporting, GRC, and sustainability domains.
• Assist sales in developing account plans and support Workiva strategies.
• Conduct process assessments and build proofs of concepts.
• Ensure customer success with implementation partners and client services.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, client services, and teams to meet goals.
