Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support, linking customer outcomes with platform capabilities and guiding technical validation and value-based demonstrations. The role requires working with prospects and customers across domains such as Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of related experience, strong presentation skills, and hands-on SaaS/cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
• Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers and drive discovery, product demonstrations, and value alignment.
• Demonstrate expertise across Workiva domain areas and develop knowledge of industries and use cases.
• Assist sales in developing account plans and support Workiva strategies.
• Conduct process assessments, build proofs of concept, and present business value cases.
• Ensure customer success through collaboration with implementation partners and Client Services.
