Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as a pre-sales technical architect and proposal writer across IT service lines, including ServiceNow, Atlassian/Jira Service Management, and cloud platforms. This remote, full-time role partners with BD, Capture, and Delivery leadership to translate client requirements into winning solutions.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical depth with executive storytelling, capable of whiteboarding workflows and drafting the Technical

Qualifications

5+ years in IT services with experience evaluating RFPs and creating SOWs
Demonstrated ability to design and articulate solutions across ITSM/ITIL, Service Desk, Cloud and Infrastructure
Proven track record writing technical proposal content for government and/or commercial RFPs
Fluency in English with the ability to present to executive audiences
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate opportunities for new business and support CAI collateral
Lead solution architecture for pre-sales and translate requirements into technical solutions
Design end-to-end solutions across ITSM, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, AMS/ASO, Cloud, and Infrastructure
Write and edit proposal content including staffing plans and pricing assumptions
Lead or support solutioning workshops with capture teams and delivery leads
Coordinate with partner/alliance teams for platform capabilities and licensing
Develop reusable solution assets and support BAFO/pre-sales presentations
