Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to act as a pre‑sales technical architect and proposal writer. The role spans ITSM, Service Desk, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS, and Cloud architectures, collaborating with BD, capture, and delivery to translate client needs into winning, compliant solutions across IT services.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on solution development, strong storytelling for executives, and the ability to whiteboard workflows while sizing staffing models and writing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT services with RFP evaluation and SOW creation.
• Experience in pre‑sales, solutions architecture, or proposal development.
• Ability to design solutions across ITSM/ITIL, Service Desk, Cloud, and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architect for pre‑sales pursuits and translate requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate with business development, capture, and delivery leadership.
• Design end‑to‑end ITSM/Service Desk and Cloud architectures.
• Write and edit proposal content, staffing plans, and pricing assumptions.
• Lead or support solutioning workshops with cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with ServiceNow, Atlassian, AWS, and other vendors on capabilities.
