Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to act as a pre-sales technical architect and proposal writer across IT service lines. The role combines technical depth with executive storytelling, translating client requirements into winning, compliant solutions for ITSM, ServiceNow, Atlassian/JSM, AMS, and Cloud/Infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on and client-facing, partnering with Business Development, Capture, and Delivery leadership to shape win themes, pricing assumptions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT services with evaluating RFPs and creating SOWs; pre-sales, solutions architecture, or proposal development role.
• Demonstrated ability to design and articulate solutions across ITSM/ITIL, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), and Infrastructure/Network services.
• Fluent English with high proficiency in articulating strategy to executive and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales with translation of RFP/RFI into differentiated, compliant technical and staffing solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop CAI strategy for a given pursuit.
• Design and document end-to-end solutions across ITSM/ITIL, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, AMS/ASO, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Infrastructure/Network environments.
• Write and edit proposal content—technical narratives, solution overviews, staffing plans, and pricing assumptions—collaborating with proposal writers and capture managers.
• Lead or support solutioning workshops with capture teams, SMEs, and delivery leads to shape win themes and differentiators.
• Partner with ServiceNow, Atlassian, AWS, Microsoft, TalkDesk or other platforms to incorporate capabilities into proposed solutions.
• Contain solution risk by identifying cost items and documenting assumptions while meeting client deliverables.
• Develop and maintain reusable solution assets: battlecards, reference architectures, staffing models, and pricing templates.
