Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to lead complex, cross‑platform pre-sales efforts from discovery to close. This remote role with limited travel will design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions leveraging AI capabilities and coordinate across GTM, marketing, and delivery teams.

You will articulate value, drive win themes, and develop reference architectures while collaborating with partners and customers to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of pre-sales consulting experience for global enterprises.
• Proven expertise in complex, cross‑industry deals: discovery through close, executive storytelling.
• Deep hands‑on understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, Generative AI Controller).
• Excellence in value‑based solutioning, value journey creation (TCO/ROI), and outcome‑centric road mapping.
• Experience creating offerings (pricing/packaging, enablement assets) and running integrated campaigns with GTM, marketing and partners.
• Proven ServiceNow partner/SI ecosystem experience (co‑sell, co‑market, and delivery alignment).
• Exceptional communication, problem solving, and design thinking; comfortable with C‑suite conversations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead complex multi‑industry pre‑sales and strategy development.
• Own the technical/solution design narrative across discovery, PoVs/PoCs, and solution reviews.
• Design end‑to‑end solution architecture leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities across platforms.
• Define integrated platform strategy across cloud, identity, observability, and cybersecurity.
• Balance configuration vs customization, performance, security, and data governance; outline tradeoffs.
• Create and align value hypotheses, TCO/ROI, and deliverable roadmaps with client KPIs.
• Prototype customer outcomes through ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, and other workflows.
• Build enablement assets, demos, and reference architectures with GTM and partners.
