Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing consulting roles.
• Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitor offerings; pre-sales experience translating solutions into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree described above; professional certifications (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA) desirable.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a member of a customer Account Team in a pre-sales technical role, designing and configuring Cisco products to meet customer needs.
• Showcase Cisco product solutions with demos and explain features and benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Product Specialists to support architecture development for global customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for the account team and customers.
• Keep up-to-date on Cisco innovations and competitors’ solutions.
• Assist with development and execution of sales plans and requests for proposals (RFP) for assigned accounts.
