Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing consulting roles.
• Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitor offerings.
• Pre-sales experience, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, CCNA) or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be a member of a customer Account Team in a pre-sales technical role, showcasing Cisco product solutions and configuring products.
• Demonstrate business value of Cisco Services, Solutions, and Architectures by aligning opportunities with customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Product Specialists to present solutions and support architecture development for global customers.
• Act as a consultative trusted technical advisor for the account team and customers.
• Stay up-to-date on Cisco innovations and competitive solutions.
• Assist with development and execution of formal sales plans and RFPs for assigned accounts.
