Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales support experience in enterprise software.
Proven ability to present technical solutions to mid-level and C-suite stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce high-quality proposal content under time pressure.
Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple concurrent opportunities.
Experience supporting pre-sales for AI-native software products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end pre-sales process: discovery, demos, RFP responses, solution scoping and proposals.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations to clients and articulate business value.
Lead client workshops to identify requirements and shape the solution approach.
Prepare written responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires with cross-functional teams.
Lead pre-sales for proof-of-concept engagements and document outcomes.
