Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales support experience in enterprise software, with a track record of contributing to complex sales opportunities.
Minimum 8+ years of enterprise software delivery models (SaaS, license, managed services) and integration approaches.
Minimum 12 months of demonstrated experience supporting pre-sales for AI-native software products — with evidence of demos or RFP contributions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years total) to qualify.

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored product demonstrations to mid-level and senior client stakeholders, translating features into business value.
Support end-to-end pre-sales process: discovery, demos, RFP responses, solution scoping and proposal preparation.
Prepare written responses to RFPs/RIFs and security questionnaires with product, legal and delivery teams.
Lead pre-sales efforts for proof-of-concept engagements and document outcomes for lessons learned.
