Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Pre-Sales Support Engineer in the United States to join the Pre-Sales Support Engineer Team. You will own technical issues raised during POCs, drive them to resolution, and provide premier support to Sales and Account teams.

The role requires SME knowledge across product stacks and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to move high‑value deals forward. You will also contribute to internal knowledge bases and guide best practices, with a focus on Cloud,

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge across products, operating systems, and cybersecurity.
• Effective time management and excellent execution under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with collaboration across sales, engineering, product, and third-party stakeholders.
• Performance tracked by CSAT, time-to-resolution, and Jira quality.
• Commitment to knowledge sharing and enablement of other teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technical issues raised during POCs, driving them to resolution to maximize win rate.
• Provide frequent, meaningful updates through tickets and ensure data for investigation is available.
• Mitigate escalations with urgency and ensure follow-the-sun coverage as needed.
• Serve as SME across product stacks, guiding best practices and complex configurations (Cloud, Kubernetes, Identity, Prompt Security).
• Partner with Sales Engineers and Account Directors to accelerate high-value deals.
• Collaborate with PM, Engineering, and third parties to drive issue resolution.
• Write internal documentation and share hands-on product knowledge via knowledge base.
