Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive go-to-market initiatives, lead prospect engagements, and deliver compelling demos and proofs of concept. You will support Enterprise Sales from qualification through hand-off, working with a cross-functional team to secure AI-enabled data protection solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in sales engineering within SaaS, deep experience in data protection and AI security, and the ability to coordinate complex POCs across multiple

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Sales Engineer in a SaaS sales environment.
• 4+ years experience with data protection and AI security solutions (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB, AI-Security).
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a single platform.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and how to secure it.
• 4+ years experience with a cross-platform endpoint agent solution (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• Willingness to travel to cover events and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales in pre-sales from qualification to hand-off for large accounts (>2,500 employees).
• Create and deliver compelling product messaging and demos that differentiate from competitors.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform and show integration to solve complex business problems.
• Lead POC processes and manage evaluations to a successful conclusion.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption and translate risks into technical outcomes.
• Maintain partner technical relationships and enable channel partners in a channel-driven model.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on feature feedback.
