Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to drive pre-sales, including demos and POC engagements, for our data protection and AI security platform. You will guide evaluations, advocate AI adoption, and support enterprise sales while collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape features.

The role requires 4+ years in pre-sales, strong communication, and travel readiness to cover events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Sales Engineer in complex pre-sales or deployment of enterprise solutions.
• 4+ years experience with data protection and AI security solutions (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB, AI-Security).
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a single platform.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture (agents, tool use, MCP, autonomous workflows) and how to secure it.
• 4+ years experience with a cross-platform endpoint agent solution (Windows, Mac, and/or Linux).
• Willingness and ability to travel to cover events and conferences.
• Must be located in Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales teams in pre-sales engagements from qualification through hand-off to production.
• Create and deliver compelling messaging and demonstrations showing how the platform secures data and AI use across the enterprise.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform and show how they work together to solve complex business problems.
• Lead POC ownership and manage the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption and translate risks into technical and business outcomes.
• Maintain partner technical relationships and enable channel partners to excel in a channel-driven model.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on new features and provide field feedback.
