Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to drive go-to-market efforts by leading prospect engagements, including demos and proofs of concept. You will join a collaborative team that acts as trusted advisors in data protection and AI security for enterprise customers.

You will support Enterprise Sales in pre-sales from qualification to production hand-off, deliver compelling messaging, demonstrate multiple platform products, and guide POC evaluations to success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Sales Engineer or similar in SaaS pre-sales.
• 4+ years with data protection and AI security (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB, AI-Security).
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and securing it.
• 4+ years with cross-platform endpoint agents (Windows/Mac/Linux).

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales in a pre-sales capacity from qualification through production hand-off.
• Learn, create, and deliver messaging and demos differentiating from competitors, including data security and AI use across the enterprise.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform in a single narrative.
• Lead POC ownership and manage evaluation to successful conclusion.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption and translate risks into outcomes.
• Maintain partner technical relationships and enable channel partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on new feature releases and feedback.
