Qualifications

• 8–11 years in a customer-facing role, with 5–7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software
• Minimum 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to convey complex concepts to executives
• Ability to travel up to 25% and collaborate with sales to drive account strategy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Design scalable architectures and guide customers on MongoDB deployment patterns
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and business value of MongoDB
• Collaborate with sales to drive account success, including technical discovery, demos, and value demonstrations
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and stay current with MongoDB product suite
