Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or languages (C/C++, Java, C#).
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.
• Ability to review complex architecture with customers and provide guidance on improvements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, performant applications and infrastructure for large projects using MongoDB.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and quantify business value.
• Partner with sales to drive account planning and pipeline generation, handling technical discovery and demos.
