Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with related experience; or college degree with related experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple patient records systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication/interpersonal skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to analyze situations, prioritize, and develop solutions under deadlines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently when needed.
• Proficiency with office software and EPIC experience preferred.
• Strong writing and organizational skills for a wide variety of documents.

Responsibilities

• Represent the administrative team as public face of the Practice and support operations.
• Manage CRM messages, telephone encounters, referrals, and billing-related tasks.
• Maintain routine clerical operations and communications per UCSF standards.
• Ensure accurate information flow between medical staff and departments to maximize efficiency.
• Work onsite across UCSF campuses and adapt to changing priorities.
