Job summary

UCSF Medical Center seeks a Practice Coordinator to be the public face of the Practice and to support operations and customer service recovery efforts. The role coordinates CRM messages, telephone encounters, referrals, and billing while maintaining clerical operations and communications.

The PC must synthesize practice knowledge to solve problems, handle complex transactions, and collaborate with clinical and management teams across UCSF campuses. EPIC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent with four years related experience; or college degree and 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer skills and experience with multiple Office-type programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to analyze situations, prioritize, and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the administrative team as the public face of the Practice.
• Support practice operations and customer service recovery efforts.
• Maintain routine clerical operations and communications.
• Work with CRM messages, telephone encounters, referrals, and billing.
