Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage workflow, and drive revenue while maintaining exceptional member experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership blending operations and sales, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and strong KPIs accountability. Hospitality or premium service background is a plus.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations background is a strong advantage.
• Direct performance conversations with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team accountable to clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set the performance standard for your team and hold it consistently through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity's level of service — while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores — and use that data for operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly, with clarity and follow-through.
