Job summary

Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location. You’ll lead the team, drive revenue, manage workflow, and ensure outstanding member experiences while hitting sales targets.

The role requires 5+ years in operations leadership with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and coaching staff. A strong hospitality or premium service background is a plus; this is a full-time on-site position with competitive compensation and bonus

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Accountability to KPIs with data-driven decision making.
• Hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service ops background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume location, including staffing and workflow.
• Drive sales performance and revenue targets across the site.
• Set performance standards and coach the team to meet them.
• Ensure professional member interactions and identify sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to guide decisions.
• address underperformance directly with clarity and follow-through.
