Job summary

Serenity is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage floor operations, and drive revenue while maintaining top-tier member experience.

With 5+ years of leadership blending operations and sales, you will coach staff, hit defined KPIs, and convert sales opportunities. This on-site role offers 100k base salary plus bonus and solid benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience blending operations and sales.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Accountability to KPIs with data-driven decisions.
Experience in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations (advantage).
Experience with performance coaching and accountability.
Proactive in identifying and fixing issues.

Responsibilities

Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, and output quality.
Drive sales performance across the location with defined revenue targets and KPIs.
Set performance standards and coach the team to sustain accountability.
Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and aligned with Serenity's service levels while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores — to guide decisions.
Identify underperformance early and address it directly with clear follow-through.
