Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage the floor, and drive the sales pipeline while ensuring top-tier member experience.

The role requires proven leadership with a track record of hitting sales targets and managing KPIs in hospitality-like or premium service environments. A strong communicator who can coach, coach, and optimize performance will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations and sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with revenue growth
• Strong accountability to KPIs and data-driven decisions
• Experience in premium/service operations or hospitality is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality
• Drive sales performance across the location, accountable to clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs
• Set the performance standard for your team and uphold it through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient and professional while identifying and converting sales opportunities
• Track location KPIs—sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores—and use data to drive decisions
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly with clear follow-through
