Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR and media strategy across partnerships, thought leadership, and analytics. This role drives external media presence and campaigns with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, and owns LinkedIn channel strategy.

You will work with the Director and PR firm, coordinate with hubs, Lending Partners, and grantmakers, while ensuring alignment with Kiva's mission to expand financial access.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching and journalist relationships.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy, including narrative development and channel activation.
• Experience managing multi-partner communications or marketing campaigns, coordinating across internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with PR agency relationships or agency management could be beneficial.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn strategy and content production for leadership narratives.
