Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead the PR and media backbone of its Communications & Influence team. The role spans public relations, media strategy, partner campaigns, thought leadership amplification, and analytics, with cross-functional execution across marketing, partnerships, and hubs.

The Senior Manager partners with the Director to drive borrower stories, impact stats, and outcomes into national media, campaigns with Strategic Partners, and LinkedIn thought

Qualifications

Experience in public relations and media relations, including media pitching and securing coverage.
Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy and channel activation.
Managing multi-partner campaigns across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Own PR and media strategies, including day-to-day work with the PR firm.
Build and navigate data, borrower stories, impact stats, and outcomes for media opportunities.
Lead campaigns with Strategic Partners, Lending Partners, hubs, and granting organizations.
Own LinkedIn strategy and amplification of thought leadership content.
