Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead the PR strategy and manage media partnerships across the organization’s Communications & Influence team. You will drive campaigns with Strategic Partners, Lending Partners, hubs, and grant partners, coordinating with Marketing and Partnerships to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner campaigns across internal and external teams.
• Preferred: experience working within a PR agency, or managing a PR agency relationship.
• Preferred: working knowledge of Sprout (or an equivalent social publishing and listening platform), Air (or an equivalent digital asset management system), Looker (or an equivalent data and reporting tool), Dovetail (or an equivalent research and insights repository), and Salesforce (or an equivalent CRM).

Responsibilities

• Public relations and media – 40%: support PR goals and manage the media firm relationship and localized pitching.
• Partner campaigns – 30%: shape and execute campaigns with Strategic Partners, Lending Partners, hubs, and foundations.
• Thought leadership amplification – 20%: manage LinkedIn strategy and amplify leadership narratives across channels.
• Analytics, Insights & Amplification – 10%: own reporting and share insights across teams.
