Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead public relations and media strategy as part of the Communications & Influence team. The role spans PR, media strategy, partner campaigns, thought leadership amplification and analytics to showcase impact.

The Senior Manager will partner across Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and hubs to identify opportunities, shape campaigns, and amplify results through owned and earned channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations.
• Experience developing thought leadership strategies.
• Experience managing multi-partner campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Prior experience with PR agency relationships is preferred.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR and media strategy in collaboration with the Director.
• Develop and manage campaigns with partners and hubs.
• Own LinkedIn strategy and thought leadership amplification.
• Gather borrower stories and impact data to support external media.
• Monitor analytics and report performance to Marketing and wider team.
