Kiva.org is seeking a Senior Manager of Public Relations to guide PR and media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership amplification. You will lead LinkedIn and measure results with analytics, collaborating with Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and hubs to maximize impact.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching and journalist relationships.
Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy with channel activation.
Experience managing multi-partner communications or marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Public relations and media – develop and execute goals with the Director and manage PR firm relationships.
Pull borrower stories, impact stats, and outcome metrics to support media opportunities.
Own Muck Rack, tracking and reporting, and develop media lists for pitching.
Maintain PR resources for partners and enable opportunities across hubs and partners.
Lead localized pitching for community media and surface opportunities with teams.
