Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR, media strategy, and partner campaigns in a flexible, mission-driven role. You will drive thought leadership amplification, manage media relationships, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns across Marketing, Partnerships, and regional hubs.

Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis is required. You will own Kiva's LinkedIn channel strategy, collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, and surface

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations and media relations with earned coverage.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy and activation.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner campaigns across teams and partners.
• Ability to translate data and borrower stories into pitch-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Public relations and media – 40%: support PR goals and manage PR firm relationships.
• Pull data including borrower stories and metrics to support media opportunities.
• Own Muck Rack tool, tracking, reporting, and media list development.
• Maintain PR-ready resources for partners and local hubs to enable opportunities.
• Own localized pitching for community media coverage.
• Surface PR opportunities with Impact Investments and Strategic Partnerships.
• Partner campaigns – 30%: shape and execute campaigns with partners and channels.
• Thought leadership amplification – 20%: manage LinkedIn strategy and content amplification.
• Analytics – 10%: own reporting, socialize insights, and track campaign results.
