Job summary
Kiva.org in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR and media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership across the Communications & Influence team. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, leveraging borrower stories and impact data to amplify Kiva's external media presence.
You will own LinkedIn channel strategy, coordinate with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, and drive campaigns with hubs, Lending Partners, and foundations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching and journalist relationships.
- Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy and narrative development.
- Experience managing multi-partner communications or marketing campaigns across internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Public relations and media: support PR goals, manage media opportunities and data.
- Partner campaigns: shape and execute campaigns with Strategic Partners, Lending Partners, and hubs.
- Thought leadership amplification: own LinkedIn strategy and content amplification across channels.
- Analytics: track PR, campaigns, and channel performance and share insights across teams.
