Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead the PR and media backbone of its Communications & Influence team. The role spans public relations, thought leadership amplification, and analytics, collaborating with Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and hubs to drive external media presence.

Responsibilities include managing campaigns with partners, developing datasets for PR, and owning LinkedIn strategy to broaden Kiva's visibility across key channels and moments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in public relations and media relations.
• Experience leading multi-partner campaigns and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop thought leadership and executive visibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead PR and media strategy in collaboration with the Director.
• Design and implement partner campaigns with Strategic Partners and Lending Partners.
• Own Kiva's LinkedIn strategy and amplifying thought leadership content.
• Identify opportunities to elevate visibility at conferences and awards.
• Translate impact data and borrower stories into compelling PR materials.
