Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR and media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership. This role requires coordinating data-driven storytelling and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Partnerships to raise visibility and impact.

The position is remote, based in the United States, and eligible for full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations with earned coverage.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy and channel activation.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner campaigns across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Public relations and media management, including securing national/top-tier media opportunities.
• Lead partner campaigns end-to-end with corporate and CSR partners and lenders.
• Own LinkedIn strategy and thought leadership amplification across channels.
