Kiva.org seeks a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR and media strategy across campaigns, partner initiatives, and thought leadership amplification. This role directs data-driven storytelling and collaborates with Marketing and Partnerships to drive external impact.

The position is remote, with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis. Salary ranges are disclosed below, and the team emphasizes a values-driven, global culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including media pitching and securing earned coverage.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy, including narrative development, channel activation, and positioning senior leaders as industry voices.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner communications or marketing campaigns, across internal teams and external partner organizations.
• Preferred: experience working within a PR agency or managing a PR agency relationship client-side.
• Familiarity with Sprout (or equivalent social platform), Air, Looker, Dovetail, and Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Advance Kiva's PR and thought leadership goals in partnership with the Director and PR firm.
• Pull borrower stories, impact stats, and outcomes to support media opportunities.
• Own and manage Kiva's LinkedIn strategy and content amplification.
• Identify opportunities to raise visibility at conferences, panels, and awards.
• Coordinate campaigns with Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, and partners.
