Kiva.org is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead the PR and media backbone of the Communications & Influence team. The role spans public relations, media strategy, partner campaigns, thought leadership amplification, and analytics, requiring direction-setting and execution across focus impact areas.

The Senior Manager supports the Director with PR efforts, leveraging borrower stories and impact metrics to boost external media presence.

Qualifications

• Extensive PR and media relations experience with proven results.
• Ability to develop and execute thought leadership strategies.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner communications campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR and media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership amplification.
• Own LinkedIn channel strategy, post development, and amplification.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to surface opportunities and outcomes.
