Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 7+ years of power distribution controls experience OR Master’s with at least 5 years of power distribution controls experience OR 10 years of power distribution controls experience.
• Must have a current, unrestricted driver’s license and a satisfactory MVR; background check on hire.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, test, and deploy software for PLCs and HMIs for Power Transfer applications.
• Follow customer and internal specifications for project implementation.
• Select components and create bills of materials.
• Provide sketches and direction to Electrical Designers for project drawings.
• Prepare SOO, test procedures, and customer submittals.
• Assist with factory testing and field start-ups.
• Troubleshoot systems not functioning properly.
