Job summary

The position supports the PSC group’s integration of HMIs, PLCs, and protection relays across major OEMs, with a focus on meeting customer specifications and delivering complete automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution with a minimum of 7 years of power distribution controls experience or Master’s with at least 5 years, or 10 years total experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record as per Eaton policy.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, test, and deploy PLC/HMI software for Power Transfer applications.
• Follow customer specifications for project implementation.
• Select components and prepare BOMs.
• Provide sketches and direction to Electrical Designers for drawings.
• Prepare SOOs and test procedures.
• Assist with factory testing and field start-ups.
• Troubleshoot systems as needed.
