Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 7+ years of power distribution controls experience or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of power distribution controls experience
• Requires a current, unrestricted driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record; background check will be conducted

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, test, and deploy PLC/HMI software for Power Transfer applications (Main-Tie-Main, Main-Gen, etc.)
• Follow customer and internal specifications for project implementation
• Select components and create BOMs
• Provide sketches and direction to Electrical Designers for project drawings
• Prepare submittals, SOO, and test procedures
• Assist with factory testing and field start-ups
• Troubleshoot systems not functioning properly
