Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a General Superintendent – Power to lead field operations on natural gas and thermal power projects, ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery across all phases. You will develop plans, manage subcontractors, and coordinate site activities to meet schedule, budget, and performance goals.

This senior role requires deep knowledge of power generation, large equipment installation, QA/QC, and stringent safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• Experience leading major power generation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Direct field operations and coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage material/equipment needs and oversee formwork/tools selection.
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Mentor field teams and coordinate turnover packages with commissioning teams.
