Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a General Superintendent – Power to lead field operations on natural gas and thermal power generation projects. You will develop project plans, direct field activities, manage subcontractors, and align with engineering and commissioning teams to meet schedule, budget and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 12+ years construction experience; 10+ years field supervision.
• Experience leading power-generation projects and complex installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment on site.
• Coordinate with owners, design team, and subcontractors for project execution.
• Oversee large power facilities installations including gas turbines and steam turbines.
• Manage field staff, subcontractors, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Coordinate turnover packages with commissioning teams and owners.
