Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent – Power for our Advanced Facilities Group. You will provide field leadership and oversee natural gas and thermal power generation projects, ensuring safe, high-quality and efficient delivery across all construction phases.

You will mentor field teams, manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and align with engineering, project management, and commissioning teams to meet schedule and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years construction experience with 10+ years field supervision preferred.
• Experience leading power generation projects, startup and commissioning favored.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment on site.
• Communicate project information to owners, design team and subs.
• Direct field operations and coordinate subcontractors and equipment.
• Manage timecards, cost codes and weekly/daily reporting.
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure compliance with project specs.
