• Requires engineering degree with power/interconnect focus.
• Demonstrated ability translating system power requirements into connector specs.
• Excellent communication for direct customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own technical requirements gathering from customer teams.
• Translate system-level power architecture into connector/cable specs.
• Lead power architecture discussions and present solution options.
• Collaborate with product engineering, manufacturing and R&D on roadmaps.
• Develop and own technical requirement documents for new products.
• Support design-in activities and customer validation at sites.
• Track and contribute to industry standards (OCP, etc.).
• Capture voice of customer for roadmap and new development.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their outputs.
• Identify shifts in architecture to influence internal planning.
