Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in power connector, systems engineering, or related discipline.
• Deep expertise in high‑voltage/high‑current power architecture for data center or industrial infrastructure.
• Experience owning strategic technical relationships at senior engineering levels.
• Experience representing a company within industry standards organizations.
• Executive‑level written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for requirements gathering with customer engineering teams on power architecture.
• Translate complex system power architectures into connector and cable requirements.
• Serve as senior technical spokesperson for power discussions with customer leadership.
• Shape multi‑year roadmap and investment decisions for connector/cable products.
• Define specification frameworks and documentation standards across teams.
• Provide design‑in escalation support for complex qualification and validation.
• Represent the organization in industry standards bodies (e.g., OCP).
• Deliver strategic customer and market insights to shape long‑range planning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the team.
• Identify long‑term architectural shifts and translate to product roadmaps.
