Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead HV/EHV substation and/or transmission line engineering projects from Houston, Austin, or Fort Worth with potential remote work. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to fulfill contractual commitments.

The role requires extensive experience in power delivery, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field within Power & Energy Market.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV substation and/or transmission line projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV substations and transmission line projects, overseeing budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Develop and foster strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels and report progress.
• Lead contract negotiations and client presentations when needed.
• Ensure QA/QC plans and project documentation are maintained and updated.
