Job summary

HDR seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high complexity. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to ensure program success.

You will direct all aspects of program execution across many disciplines, manage risk, budgeting, schedules, procurement, and governance, while mentoring staff and promoting HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–10 years of program management experience across large capital programs.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in multiple locations.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (DB, PDB, CMAR).
• Strong communication with executives and large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; enable timely decision-making.
• Develop plans and tools to drive efficiencies, accountability, and transparency.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams; ensure contract compliance and QA/QC.
• Monitor financial performance and pursue growth opportunities.
