Job summary

HDR is seeking a Program Management Director to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with a high degree of technical complexity. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects, drawing on lessons learned and industry best practices.

You will plan, direct, and monitor all program execution, spanning disciplines from planning to procurement and risk management. You will manage HDR and subconsultant teams, ensure contract alignment, and implement robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Program management experience meeting one of the specified capital values (see ad).
• Experience with alternative and collaborative delivery methods (DB, PDB, CMAR).
• Experience in a PMO with consultant and client staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and provide strategic advice and resource deployment.
• Develop and implement program management plans, startup plans, and workflows.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams, ensuring contract alignment and QA/QC.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and optimize profits.
• Mentor staff and pursue growth opportunities for HDR PM services.
• Perform other duties as needed.
