Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project (Access is a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Manage large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through the project life cycle and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Track financials and align work with budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise large project staffs and mentor junior Project Managers.
• Perform other duties as needed.
