Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior program management professional to lead large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure programs with a strong emphasis on governance, risk management, and client advisory capacity. The role requires coordinating HDR and partner teams across multiple locations, ensuring contract compliance and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related field required.
• Three to ten years of program management experience in large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure programs.
• Experience with alternative delivery models (DB, PDB, CMAR) and PMO environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Direct and monitor all program execution activities across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and support problem-solving and timely decisions.
• Develop and implement program plans, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams, ensuring contract alignment and QA/QC.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust to meet profitability targets.
• Mentor staff and contribute to growth of HDR's program management services.
• Perform other duties as needed.
