Job summary

HDR seeks a Power Delivery EPC Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure programs, advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects, and direct HDR and subconsultant teams to ensure effective delivery and compliance.

Requirements include a Master’s in engineering or related field, PE license, and PMP/PgMP certifications, with experience in large-capital projects and PMO collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Professional Engineering License and PMI PMP/PgMP certifications are preferred.
• Experience with large infrastructure programs and capital values.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity and non-technical intricacies.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of infrastructure programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution including multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and assist clients with problem-solving and decision-making.
• Develop and implement program management plans, startup plans, and work plans to drive efficiencies and transparency.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant staff to deliver contracted services and ensure QA/QC.
• Monitor financial performance and align with earnings targets.
• Mentor staff and pursue opportunities for client growth and service expansion.
