Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Delivery EPC Program Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure programs in the power sector. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, and financial aspects, plan execution, and manage HDR and subconsultant teams to deliver contractual outcomes.

The role emphasizes risk management, QA/QC, and growth of HDR's program management services while traveling as needed to client sites. A strong engineering background and PMP/PgMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of program management experience at a deputy level or equivalent.
• Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure programs (capital values >= $350M).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Plan, direct and monitor all program execution activities.
• Identify risks and provide strategic problem solving and mitigation.
• Develop program and startup plans to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams and ensure contract compliance.
