Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects to ensure program success.

You will plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across numerous disciplines, while identifying risks and guiding mitigation strategies. Direct HDR and subconsultant teams, ensure contract alignment and QA/QC, and monitor financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a strong background in program management for large infrastructure programs.
• Experience with alternative delivery models (DB, PDB, CMAR) and PMO environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-location teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects to drive success.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across many disciplines.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation, problem-solving, and decision-making processes.
• Develop program management plans, startup plans, and work processes to improve efficiency.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant staff, ensuring contract alignment and QA/QC compliance.
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to growth of HDR's program management services.
