Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Delivery EPC Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs, advise clients on technical, regulatory and financial aspects, and coordinate HDR and subconsultant teams to deliver on commitments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Planning) and advanced certifications (PE, PMP/PgMP, CCM, AICP), with 3–10 years of program management experience on large capital projects, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-10 years program management experience with large capital projects.
• Professional engineering license or PMP/PgMP preferred.
• Experience with alternate delivery methods (DB, PDB, CMAR).
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Plan, direct and monitor program execution across many disciplines.
• Identify risks and provide strategic problem-solving.
• Develop program management and startup plans and tools.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams to deliver contracted services.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and adjust as needed.
• Mentor staff and support growth of HDR's program management services.
• Perform other duties as needed.
